अटका आपका data बेचता नहीं, इकट्ठा भी बहुत कम करता है:

• आपके सारे काम आपके फोन के अंदर ही रहते हैं (local storage)।
• सिर्फ वो काम हमारे server पर जाते हैं जो आप खुद किसी और को WhatsApp से भेजते हो — उसमें भी नाम और काम का ब्यौरा जाता है, फोन नंबर कभी नहीं।
• भेजा हुआ काम पूरा होने के 90 दिन बाद server से अपने आप मिट जाता है।
• Contact चुनने के लिए हम फोन का contact-picker खोलते हैं — पूरी contact list की permission कभी नहीं मांगते, सिर्फ जो एक contact आप चुनो वही इस्तेमाल होता है।
• App में Google का banner ad दिखता है (सिर्फ "सब पेंडिंग" screen पर) — इसके लिए Google कुछ device-level जानकारी (advertising ID, IP) इस्तेमाल कर सकता है, नीचे विस्तार से लिखा है।
• Reminder आपके फोन के अंदर ही बजता है — internet बंद हो तब भी।

Full Privacy Policy (English)

अटका (Atka) is developed by Axpertz Labs. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used.

What stays only on your phone

Every task you create is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This never leaves your phone unless you explicitly share it with someone else.

What we send to our server, and why

When you share a task with someone (via a WhatsApp link), the following is stored on our server so both sides can stay in sync — and nothing more:

• The task title, category, due date/time, and optional note
• The display names you and the other person are known by
• A short random code that identifies the task, and timestamps for status changes

Phone numbers are never sent to or stored on our server. The WhatsApp message and link are built entirely on your device — we only learn a phone number if you choose to open WhatsApp with it, which happens outside our systems.

Shared task data is automatically deleted from our server 90 days after the task's last update.

Push notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to notify you when the other side updates a shared task. This requires storing a device push token on our server, which is not linked to your name or phone number.

Contacts

To fill in who a task is for, the app opens your phone's native contact picker. We never request permission to read your full contact list — only the single contact you pick is used, and only on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows a small banner ad from Google AdMob, only on the "All Pending" tasks screen — never during task creation, sharing, or on urgent/action screens. To serve ads, Google's SDK may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location (from IP address), and app usage signals, and may use this data to personalize ads (governed by your consent choice) or serve non-personalized ads. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's User Consent Policy for details. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), we ask for your consent via Google's consent management platform before showing personalized ads.

Children

Atka is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are not configured for child-directed treatment.

Your choices

• You can delete any task at any time, which removes it from our server immediately.
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
• You can decline personalized ads via the consent prompt shown in the app; non-personalized ads may still be shown.
